Premier Grading and Construction, LLC is committed to maintaining the security of all financial transactions. This policy outlines how we process payments, protect financial data, and handle invoicing for our subcontracting services.
INVOICE-ONLY PAYMENT MODEL
PGC operates exclusively on an invoice-based payment model. We do not collect, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other payment credentials through our website. All financial transactions follow a formal process: a written subcontract agreement is executed prior to work commencing, invoices are issued electronically upon reaching agreed milestones or on a monthly billing cycle, and payment instructions are provided directly within each invoice.
NO PAYMENT PROCESSING ON THIS WEBSITE
This website does not contain a payment portal or any mechanism for processing financial transactions. You will never be asked to enter credit card numbers or banking information on this website. If you receive a communication directing you to enter payment information on a website claiming to be PGC, contact us immediately to verify its legitimacy.
INVOICE SECURITY
All legitimate PGC invoices will be sent from our official email domain (@pgc.earth), reference a specific executed subcontract agreement and project name, include our company name, address, and contact information, and be issued through our secure invoicing platform. If you receive an invoice that does not meet these criteria, do not make any payment and contact us immediately at info@pgc.earth.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Business email compromise fraud is a known risk in the construction industry. To protect yourself: verify any changes to payment instructions by calling us directly using a phone number you have independently verified. Our payment instructions will only change if communicated in writing from info@pgc.earth and confirmed verbally. When in doubt, call us before making any payment.
DATA SECURITY
Our website is secured with SSL/TLS encryption. Access to our CRM and project management systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store financial account information in our CRM.
